Pikiko Safety Standard

Workers never pay to get a hustle

Listings that request registration fees, processing fees, OTPs, passwords or investment-style payments should be reported.

Identity and trust signals

Verification badges describe checks completed by Pikiko or a verification partner. They are not guarantees of future behavior.

Private locations

Exact residential or workplace destinations should stay off public listings and are intended to be shown only to authorized participants, including an accepted worker when navigation is needed.

Live trip sharing

Workers can choose to send a private PikikoSafe tracking link to someone they trust. Anyone with that link can view the worker’s current shared position while the trip is active, so the link should not be posted publicly or sent to people the worker does not trust.

In the web/PWA build, live location updates are best-effort while Pikiko remains active. A browser or operating system may suspend tracking when the app is backgrounded or the phone is locked.

PikikoSafe is not emergency dispatch

Check-in, live-trip sharing, trusted contacts and help-request features are safety tools. Pikiko is not a police, ambulance, security or emergency-response service. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted person.

18+ launch policy

The initial product is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Minor participation requires a separate safeguarding framework and is not supported in this build.
